Since food has been determined to be one of our big stress relievers, this session is designed to promote stress relief not using food. Stress is a large factor in the daily lifestyle of most people in the world. The Speed at which our life progresses, creates a lot of the stress. Fast food in many cases is the remedy for our fast-paced lifestyle and stress level. To pinpoint what factors are affecting our stress as it relates to food intake, is monumental in helping us lose weight. In this session food consumption and stress as they relate to each other is closely examined and eliminated.
