Weight Loss – Shift Happens
This session is very unique in that it begins the process for a complete mind shift in how we feel about food, exercise, and how it affects our entire health picture. As are mind begins to change its thought patterns on food and how it affects our overall health, the session will start to control this shift in your overall thinking. It is amazing how food is such a center focus in our lives. We celebrate with food, we grieve with food, we punish with food, we even discipline with food. As we begin to shift our mindset away from food as a focal point, we will begin the process of eating to live instead of living to eat. This is one of the sessions that you will find yourself listening to multiple times, as you should with all of the sessions.
