Having a mental picture of ourselves at our ideal weight many times can be a great stimulant for achieving that goal. This session is designed around this visualization. How we will feel, how we will look, and how healthy we will be at our new weight. The power of the mind can create this new reality as if it is already happened and will have us eating as though you party obtained your goal and your food choices will be those that you would have as this new person.
