Weight Loss – Healthy Eating


In this session we going to great detail on what is and what is not healthy eating. We look at different foods, different food groups, and get very specific on the type foods that you should be eating. We enhance this process by actually having you begin crave many of these foods. When the session is complete you may find that many of the foods that you eat every day no longer appeal to. Instead he may have a craving for salads, green vegetables, possibly even fish and poultry. The mind is a very powerful tool when it comes to selecting the foods that we want and if done properly this can be modified to a better and healthier diet.
