Weight Loss – Healthy Choices at Supermarkets and Restaurants
For many people the true challenge and weight loss begins at supermarkets and restaurants. Making the right choices when grocery shopping, avoiding the aisles that provide no nutritional value to the weight loss patient, and making choices, healthy choices, when eating out can all have a significant effect on your overall weight loss. For most if it's not in the house they won't eat it. This session is designed to teach you how to avoid certain areas of the supermarket so that you will not be tempted, how to select a restaurant menu so that a healthy choice is made and how the combination of these two items will have an overall effect on your weight loss efforts.
