Weight Loss – Erasing Emotional Eating


Many of these sessions seem to be addressing the same thing, emotions. Many of us eat for a variety of reasons, for many of us food is always been a reward for good behavior, while others the removal of these foods has been a punishment. Still others have used food as a stress reliever. This session is designed to eradicate emotional eating. Holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. are a few examples of how the emotions of change have been centered on food. This session is designed to assist you during these times of both the emotion and celebration.
