Weight Loss – Dealing with Compulsion


Has there ever been a food in your house that seems to be calling your name? Have you ever had an urge for a food that you normally don't eat and then eat too much of it? This is compulsion. Walking to the stores, at the market, if you have ever had that feeling that you must find something to eat and maybe sweet or some other attribute for any reason, many times for no reason, then this session is for you. Too often we cannot explain why we do what we do. We act out of pure instinct. Some of the underlying factors that may be the cause of our weight gain may be present when we feel these compulsions to overeat. This session can help control and eliminate these feelings.
